CHIE KOBAYASHI Ms. Kobayashi studied in the USA and Denmark. She worked for a liquor company for 5 years, but realized that she was more interested in working with people than in the beverage industry. After working with one of the biggest employment agencies for several years, she joined JAC Indonesia and has made an extraordinary contribution to the company's growth. Since 2006, Chie has been in charge of all recruitment matters and is the Director of the Group Leaders. She consults with clients on multinational business culture and employment issues. DAISY NATALIA Ms. Daisy Natalia is one of JAC's Senior Consultants in Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Legal matters. Before joining JAC Indonesia she worked in multinational companies, including: Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and Coca Cola. With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources (15 years in recruitment), her career in JAC Indonesia began as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Daisy's experience has enabled her to become a Senior Manager of JAC Recruitment. WIDIANTORO BAROTO Mr. Widiantoro is responsible for accounting, administration, and finance in the Jakarta and Bekasi offices. He is currently assisting the Managing Director of JAC Indonesia with the finance, accounting, cash flow, taxation, budgeting, consolidated financial statement, and financial management reports. Widi graduated from the University of Indonesia and his postgraduate study in Finance was at Budi Luhur University. KASNO ABD RACHMAN Mr. Kasno is responsible for the recruitment of local staff in the fields of Human Resources, General Administration, Personnel, and Export/Import. Kasno has more than 25 years experience in HR management for manufacturing companies, including Gunze Indonesia, Syntex Indonusa, Kotobuki Electronics, and National Gobel. He is skilled in handling HR matters for employees and staff ranging from 500 to 7,000 people as well as developing and implementing HR training. |

AYAKO NAGANO Ms. Ayako is responsible for the Recruitment of Japanese staff in all fields and positions. She graduated from Chikushi Jogakuen University and holds a Japanese education degree. For two years Ayako worked in Bandung as a Japanese teacher, where she became interested in Indonesian culture. DAVID MALCOLM KNOWLES Associate Senior Consultant for MNC Mr. David is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He has more than 20 years experience in management training and human resources and organizational change and development. His areas of focus are Effective Management Coaching & Training, Organization Change and Development, Human Capital Development, Talent Management, Capacity Strengthening, Program Planning and Design. David is currently the Managing Partner of PT OPUS Management Indonesia. David worked in the international oil and gas industry for 12 years in increasingly responsible Training and Development and HR roles for an international Exploration and Production Division, including 5 years seconded to a Natural Gas Liquefaction Plant. David's strategic HR Management consulting started in London, where he worked with the Hay Group. He became an expert in Competency Based HR Applications, and moved into Strategic Organization Development working primarily with British Gas and United Biscuits. Following a period as Director of Human Resources for the Ometraco Group, he spent 4 years with Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now Towers Watson) as Human Capital Practice Leader (Jakarta) continuing work in the area of Competency Modeling, and Competency Development. Kazuhisa Matsui, Mr. Introducing Mr. Kazuhisa Matsui as JAC Indonesia Senior Advisor. Mr. Matsui Born 1962 studied at Hitotsubashi University majoring in Sociology and continue his Master of Economics at University of Indonesia. He has worked at Institute of developing Economies and worked in Indonesia as a specialist of both JICA and JETRO for the last 27 years. He has published many monographs and books as an author as well as an editor. He also has delivered any lectures until today. He joined JAC on July 2012 as a Senior Advisor and plans to conduct seminars for Japanese and Indonesians, Business Matching, Market Research that involves fields such as politics, economics, society and culture. |
